WE CHANGED OUR ANCHOR
The QK-IV | Anchor | Video

When we bought the boat, it came with a 15 kg Rocna — a great anchor that took us safely through many miles and never once let us down.
Since moving to Greece, we anchor far more often, and there are days and places where the wind really blows. Here, ports don’t have moorings, so you tie up by dropping the anchor from the bow.
First, we changed the chain from 8 mm to 10 mm, and the difference was immediately noticeable. Now we’ve gone one step further, upgrading to a 25 kg anchor. The change is remarkable — and so is the peace of mind.
But always Rocna!

INSTALLING SOLAR PANELS
The QK-IV | Solar panels | Video

A NEW FREEZER ON BOARD
The QK-IV | Freeze | Video

We’ve expanded our freezer space — until now, we only had the small compartment inside the fridge, and it was starting to feel too limited.
Now we finally have room to store provisions and everything we catch while fishing!
We made a few adjustments and used a sliding cabinet near the galley, adapting it to install the new freezer. It fits perfectly — practical, functional, and well integrated.
We chose the brand Total Freeze, and we couldn’t be happier with it.
