Food is an essential part of life on board, and on the QK-IV we always try to eat well.
Our Captain — who also happens to be the chef — puts care and passion into every dish he prepares, no matter how simple, while the Admiral lends a helping hand in the galley.
In The Galley of the QK-IV you’ll find all kinds of dishes: hearty stews, fresh salads, rice and pasta recipes, seafood, mountain dishes, vegetables, homemade bread bases… and the occasional chef’s indulgence.
